SnapEx Update Maintenance Bulletin (Version 3.3.0)

Dear valued SnapEx users,

SnapEx will be undergoing a product update (Version 3.3.0) from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm (GMT+8) on 29th Dec 2020.

Improvements for Version 3.3.0 will include:

• Local time vs server time bug fix
• New buy-sell API
• New bid-ask Kline
• New Web Trader trading indicators’ storage function
• New Web Trader popup function

Please note that the app and web trader will not be offline for the duration of this product update. All users will still be able to use and trade on the SnapEx Pro App and Web Trader during the upgrading process.

It is recommended that users with open margin positions re-assess their trades before the update process starts at 10:30 am to 12:00 pm (GMT+8).

The product update will take approximately 2-3 hours. This is based on our best estimates and may vary. We will maintain regular communication on the progress of the update through our various social media channels.
