SnapEx Update Maintenance Bulletin (Version 3.2.0)

Dear valued SnapEx users,

SnapEx has successfully been updated to Version 3.2.0. 

Now that this preliminary product update has been completed, the SnapEx V3 beta app can no longer be used to trade on our platform. Users are now required to switch back to the SnapEx V2 app until the next scheduled product update on 10 December 2020 is completed.

For those who didn’t download the SnapEx V3 beta App, no action is required. You may still continue to trade on the current V2 App as normal until all product updates are completed.

For users who have downloaded the SnapEx V3 beta App and participated in the testing phase, action is required. You must go back to using the SnapEx V2 App to continue trading. 

Just follow these steps:

1. Delete the SnapEx V3 beta App from your device
2. Download the SnapEx V2 App from Google Play or the Apple App Store. Use the following links to download:

4. Apple App Store - https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/snapex-pro/id1481848349    

You may perform the above steps at any time and go back to using the SnapEx V2 App. However, please note that you can only upgrade to the official SnapEx V3 App and use it to trade on our platform when it is released after the next product update on 10 December 2020.
