SnapEx is currently experiencing temporary system delays. If you can access your SnapEx account through either the SnapEx native app or Web trader but fail to load your account history or account home screen, you are being affected by this issue.
Our Tech team has already begun working on resolving it as quickly as possible, and restoring both the SnapEx app and web trader to full working order. In the meantime, we strongly advise users to refrain from executing any new orders until further notice. SnapEx will NOT be liable for any losses resulting from orders executed after 5:45 pm (GMT+8).
