The product update for the SnapEx app and web trader is still ongoing. Please note that the platform and app will remain offline for the duration of the ongoing product update process.
All users are advised to refrain from using the SnapEx Pro app and web trader until the upgrading process has been fully completed. Once the system is back online, the new SnapEx native app will begin operating in beta mode.
The product update typically takes approximately 5-6 hours - based on our best estimates - and may vary. We will continue to maintain regular communication on the progress of the update through our various social media channels.
