We are pleased to report that the SnapEx Product Update v2.9.0 has successfully been completed. You can now log in and continue using the SnapEx platform. Please note that:
1. To log in to the latest version of SnapEx, make sure to use your registered account number instead of your phone number to avoid any errors. For some users, this means taking their phone number and removing the country code at the start (i.e. from 01234567 to 1234567).
2. For Android users, please re-install the SnapEx app to ensure optimal performance.
